Irina Khudyakov

Born and grown up in Moscow, Russia. She received M.S. degree an engineering in Moscow. During perestroika, she moved to the USA with her husband and their daughter.
She have been interested in art since childhood, visiting museums and exhibitions, first with her parents, and later with her friends. This is a Russian tradition, and she continues this tradition in US and during her travels.
She started working with oil paints in 1999 when they moved from New York to North Carolina, and took art classes at a local college CVCC . When they lived in Virginia, she took classes in Art Studio, and participated in annual exhibition Expressions in Piedmont Arts Museum, where received purchase awards every year. She took also classes in Mitchell School Fine Arts (MSFA) in Baltimore, where she studied the technique of old Dutch masters, and she continue to study in art books and on the Internet.
She is a member of the Foothills Painters and UNI 4 Artists groups, taking part in their exhibitions and art shows.
She and her husband are travelling a lot around East Coast, some California, and Western Europe, during our travels she took many photos of beautiful places , so she wants to share her impressions. Most of her works are landscapes, sometimes cityscapes, sometimes portraits, some stilllife.
Her works are in private collections in Russia, Germany, Macedonia, and across the US.
